A rare reticulated ewer. This ‘Empress’ porcelain ewer is uncommonly decorated with a duck egg blue glaze upon which gilded rose and other flower branches have been transfer printed. The neck of the pourer is pierced in a lattice design and a blush ivory coloured scroll handle and moulded rim to the base adds to the elaborate design.

Condition: In lovely condition with no cracks or restoration. Some minor rubbing to decoration commensurate with age and use.
