If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase and wish to return it you have 28 days from receipt to return the item to us. To request a return and refund you must:

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item using the Contact page on this website or via email to '[email protected]' to advise of your intention to return. On receipt of your request, we will review your request and respond with an address to return your item if appropriate.

• Return the item within a further 14 days in the same condition as it left us and with the original packaging provided.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you on the status of your return/refund request.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund in accordance with the original method of payment.
