Circa 1892
An attractive pair of vases decorated in a light brown/beige ground on a Slaters Patent body upon which stylised leaves and flower/seed heads have been hand painted in greens and white by Doulton artist Izzie Marie Daintree. Gilt flower stems intertwine with these to enhance the appearance. The handles and top of theses ewers are in dark browns. In excellent condition with only minimal rubbing to the gilt lines at the lip.
