An ivory ground decorated jug with gilt leaf and seed head decoration overlaid. Gilt banding around the shoulder and gilt rope effect banding to the base. An unusual almost diamond shaped handle also in gilt colour.
Dated 1884
Condition: No cracks or restoration. Some rubbing to the gilt on the handle and base rim. The date of 1884 has been marked on the base in ink by a previous owner.
