This small bell bottom shaped vase stands upon four stub feet and is decorated in a rich blue glaze. Gilt decorative banding on the rim and on the feet. Gilt highlights on the body of the vase enhance a vignette of an exotic bird with the gilding on the reverse as stylised swag and tails.
Circa 1900
Condition: In excellent condition with no cracks or repairs. Decoration is in excellent condition and the gilding shows no signs of rubbing.
