James Hadley Cache Pot

A small jardiniere or cache pot divided in to four panels each containing painted cornflowers by artist Water E Powell whose signature appears in the painting. Each panel separated by raised green edging. The shoulder and lower body coloured by cobalt blue glazes. The base and top rims in green with gilt highlights.

Circa 1900-1902

Condition: In good condition with no chips, repairs or rubbing to the gilt highlights. A hairline crack visible only from the inside at the base.
