James Hadley Squat Vase

A squat four lobed vase with a slightly tapering wide neck. Each lobe is separated by dark brown clays descending from a dark green collar at the shoulder. The body decorated with white lily of the valley and purple violet flowers and foliage on a white ground. Apricot glazes to the neck and base rim.

Circa 1900-1902

Condition: In good condition with the painted decoration remaining bright and vibrant and no rubbing to the gilt work. No damages or repairs, however two shallow chips to the base glazed over during manufacture.
