Royal Worcester Stemmed Vase and Cover

Decorated with gilt edged handpainted flowers and ears of wheat on a blush ground to the front and an open poppy flower to the reverse. The cover, neck rim and shoulder and the pedestal base painted in a green matt glaze over which pearl, pink and gilded raised highlights adorn. Gilded handles to either side also with raised highlights.
Circa 1901
Condition: In lovely condition with no cracks, chips or damages. No restoration evident. Rubbing to the gilt top rim where the cover rests. Some areas on the blush glaze may be slightly stained as they appear darker .
